Q: Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
A: We ship within the contiguous United States only. Processing takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, and delivery after that normally takes 3–5 business days. Shipping is free.
Q: Which carrier will deliver my order?
A: The carrier is assigned when the order is fulfilled, based on the destination and parcel size. You will receive a tracking number by email once the label is created, and the tracking page will show the carrier name.
Q: Can I return an item after 30 days?
A: The standard return window is 30 calendar days from delivery. Requests made after that window cannot be accepted as standard returns. If there is a quality issue that was not apparent at delivery, contact us and we will review the specific situation.
Q: Do I pay for return shipping?
A: No. Return shipping is free, and there is no restocking fee.
Q: How long does the refund take?
A: After the return arrives at our Mitchell, South Dakota address, we inspect it and release the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider then typically needs 7–10 business days to post the credit. If more than 10 business days have passed after our release confirmation and you still do not see the credit, email info@sayweeemall.my with your order number and we will provide the transaction reference your bank can trace.
Q: Is sayweeemall connected to any other similarly named store?
A: No. sayweeemall is an independent brand. It has no ownership, affiliation, franchise, or endorsement relationship with any other marketplace or grocery platform. The contact details on this site reach our own team.
