Return window and condition
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what the product page described, the same 30-day window applies, but we do not require the unused condition where the defect itself makes the item unusable. In that case, include a photo of the issue with your message so we can review it without asking you to ship something back first.
Starting a return
Email info@sayweeemall.my with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please wait for those instructions before sending anything back; a parcel that arrives without a reference slows down the refund.
Return shipping and fees
Return shipping is free. We do not charge a restocking fee. For quality-related returns, we provide a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind returns, we still cover the return shipping cost, and the refund is not reduced by postage.

Refund timing
After the returned item reaches the address above, we inspect it and release the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider then needs an additional 7–10 business days to post the credit to your account. We send a confirmation email at the point we release the refund; after that, the remaining 7–10 business days are handled by your financial institution.
